"Once event is scheduled and waiver is signed, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations or date/time changes must be made at least 30 days prior to your reserved date and approved by Endless Enchantment, or all payments will be forfeited. If within the required time, funds (excluding design & event planning fee) can be applied to any available date within 1 year, with the same theme and colors."

The client assumes full responsibility for all items brought upon the Trolley - lost or broken.

The cancellation policy remains in effect throughout hurricane season. Clients are advised to book accordingly.

Endless Enchantment may void any contract due to non-payment. Extensions may be granted in some cases, with a possible late fee. Contracts will be voided if payment isn't made within 30 days of the due date, with all payments forfeited.

No, there is no refund for any cancellation for any reason. Payments can only be exchanged for a different date.
